How to use: Mix the Tonal Control product with Oxydant Matrix 3% in a 1:1 ratio, e.g .: 20 ml of toner + 20 ml of activator 3%. Apply to the roots of the hair, then drag along the entire length. Control the effect, do not leave for longer than 20 minutes. Rinse thoroughly after the coloring is finished.
